Capt. Rich is a certified "Small Boat Water Rescue Instructor" to police and fire departments throughout the United States. He has instructed on some of the most challenging and difficult waterways in the country. He is a consultant for the development of Water Rescue equipment and procedures for all types of on the water rescue operations.
Capt. Rich is highly skilled in outboard, jet drive, and inboard boat handling.
