Capt. Hal has extensive cruising experience on the northeast coast of the U.S.,
as well as in both the British and U.S. Virgin Islands. One of his specialty areas is
the waters in and around Long Island N.Y., New York City, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
Capt. Hal is highly skilled in single and twin inboard, outboard, and jet drive, boat handling.
